At the top of the ear — fold the auricle over and the point sits at the peak of the fold.

1. 01Insert perpendicularly, 0.1 cun deep.
2. 02Puncture perpendicularly, 0.1 to 0.2 cun deep.
3. 03Prick to draw a drop of blood.
4. 04Moxibustion may also be used (3 to 5 cones).
