What we process, and why
Contact form. Your name, email address and message — solely to reply. The sender's IP address is stored as an anti-abuse measure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are kept for up to 12 months after the correspondence ends.
Newsletter. Your email address and the consent record (date, IP address) — to send the newsletter. The subscription takes effect as soon as you submit the form, and a welcome message carrying an unsubscribe link is sent to the address. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data is kept until you unsubscribe; every letter carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.
Anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile). When you submit either form (contact or newsletter), your browser contacts Cloudflare and the server asks Cloudflare to confirm the result, passing your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the forms from automated abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare states that Turnstile data is not used to build advertising profiles.
Recipients
Email is delivered through Plunk (email infrastructure provider). The site uses Umami Cloud for visit statistics — cookie-free and not identifying individuals. The site is hosted on servers in the European Union.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is the chosen theme (light/dark), kept locally and sent nowhere. The anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may store a cookie or a local-storage entry in your browser to tell a person from a bot — it is used for that check only.

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data — write to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
