Zusammensetzung
Nourishes Yin, anchors the *Yang, nourishes the Blood, enriches Yin, stabilizes the Chong and Ren channels, cools the Blood and stops uterine bleeding.*
Nourishes the Blood and regulates menstruation.
- Huang Qin, C
- (Chi Shao)(Rx. Paeoniae Rubra)(6-9g)
(Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, relieves pain, clears Heat and cools the Blood. May substitute for Chao Bai Shao.)
(With Xiang Fu, for flank pain, abdominal pain, and dysmenorrhea due to Qi and Blood Stagnation.)
Cools the Blood, stops bleeding, clears Heat and calms the fetus.
Clears Heat, astringes Intestines, dries Dampness, stops diarrhea and stops bleeding.
- Gui Ban, Bai Xiao, Huang Qin, Huang Bai
Drains Kidney Fire.
Spreads and regulates Liver *Qi, regulates menstruation and alleviates pain.*

Symptome
- Non-stop menstrual bleeding, or
- Uterine hemorrhage that fluctuates between light spotting and heavy gushing
- The blood is intensely red, viscous and tacky, at times containing clots of dark purple
- A feeling of Heat together with restlessness in the chest
- The period may arrive late
- Dryness of the mouth
- Abnormal vaginal discharge
- Painful, difficult urination
- Pain affecting the abdomen
- Urine that is dark in hue
- Urine with a reddish tinge
- A flushed, red face
- Trouble passing bowel movements
