Composition
- Bai ZhuRz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae10-18g 60g decoction
Tonifies the Spleen, augments *Qi, dries Dampness and promotes water metabolism.*
for Spleen Deficiency with Qi Stagnation with anorexia, epigastric focal distention, and fullness. Breaks up Stagnant Qi, reduces accumulation, descends Qi, unblocks the bowels, removes Stagnant Food, transforms Phlegm, reduces distention and resolves hardenings.

This formula should be taken without raw, Cold, or irritating foods.
Notes
- Pulverize into a fine powder, combine with rice that has been fried in Fol Nelumbinis He Ye, and shape into pills.
- The dosage is 6-9g, taken twice daily.
