Manifestations

  • Lesions on the skin appearing after contact with an outside substance
  • Borders of the lesions are clearly defined (contact-type)
  • Primarily affects the antecubital and popliteal fossae
  • Lesions consisting of pinpoint papules, papulovesicles, and vesicles, several of which merge together
  • Mild infiltration and intense itching often occur
