Composición

Ku ShenRx. Sophorae Flavescentis3–30 g
Disperses Wind, kills parasites and stops itching topically.

- She Chuang Zi
as an herbal wash for general itching or vaginitis due to trichomonas infection.
Ju HuaFlos Chrysanthemi4.5–20 g
Disperses Wind, clears Heat and detoxifies.
She Chuang ZiFr. Cnidii3–30 g
Dries Dampness, kills parasites and stops itching topically.
Jin Yin HuaFlos Lonicerae6–60 g
Clears Heat and resolves Fire toxicity.

Borders of the lesions are clearly defined (contact-type)
Primarily affects the antecubital and popliteal fossae
Lesions consisting of pinpoint papules, papulovesicles, and vesicles, several of which merge together
Mild infiltration and intense itching often occur
Necrosis may be present
Blisters filled with fluid
Skin that feels rough and itches
Scratching ruptures the skin, followed by bleeding or oozing
Reddened skin
Sleep is disrupted
Scratching produces minor bleeding or leads to crusts of dried blood
In severe cases: a burning sensation, itching, and pain
