1. 01Found on the lower leg, 5 cun distal to UB-40 Weizhong, at the midpoint between UB-55 Heyang and UB-57 Chengshan, within the belly of the gastrocnemius muscle.
2. 02Centered in the gastrocnemius muscle belly, halfway between UB-55 Heyang and UB-57 Chengshan.

1. 01Insert perpendicularly, 1 to 1.5 cun.
2. 02Needle straight in, 1 to 2 cun.
3. 03Puncture straight down, 0.8 to 1.2 cun.
4. 04Moxibustion may be used.
