Fuxi

On the posterior knee, 1 cun above UB-39 Weiyang, medial to the biceps femoris tendon; locate with the knee in slight flexion.

1. 01Insert perpendicularly to a depth of 1–1.5 cun.
2. 02Straight insertion of 1–2 cun.
3. 03Needle perpendicularly 0.5–1 cun.
4. 04Moxibustion may be used.
