Symptome

  • In the initial stage: stiffness upon waking, a sense of heaviness, numbness, and/or limited range of motion
  • Pain in the joints, particularly the wrist, ankle, knee, and elbow
  • Intense, sharp, stabbing pain in the joints
  • The joints involved may feel Cold to the touch
  • Pain in the muscles
  • The limbs may feel numb and heavy
  • Cold intensifies the pain while warmth eases it
  • Wind exposure worsens the pain
  • Dampness makes the pain worse
  • Pain that stays in one fixed spot
  • The joints cannot be bent or straightened
  • No local redness or Heat
  • The painful site frequently feels cold when touched
  • The pain intensifies at night and lessens during the day
  • The pain is concentrated mainly in the lower back and legs
