Symptome
- In the early stage, the voice becomes low-pitched and raspy
- The vocal cords appear swollen and red, sometimes with a white or yellow exudate on their surface
- In severe cases, swelling constricts the throat and makes swallowing difficult
- The throat is sore, and there is a dry, tickling cough with sticky yellow Phlegm that is hard to bring up.
