Localisation

When the elbow is bent, the point sits 1 cun proximal to SJ-10 Tianjing.

Puncture

  1. 01Insert perpendicularly, 0.5 to 1 cun.
  2. 02Insert straight in, 1 to 1.5 cun.
  3. 03Moxibustion may be used.

Actions

  • Clears Damp-Heat
  • Dispels Wind-Damp
  • Frees the channel

  • Headache
  • A heavy sensation in the head with submandibular pain
