- 01On the sternal midline, level with where the second intercostal space meets the sternum.
- 021.6 cun above REN-17 Shanzhong, in line with the second intercostal space.
Puncture
- 01Insert transversely along the channel, angled up or down, 0.5 to 1 cun.
- 02Puncture just beneath the skin, 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
- 03Moxibustion may be used.
