Cette entrée n’est pas encore traduite — le texte ci-dessous est en anglais.
Localisation
- 01Lateral to the pubic tubercle and inferolateral to ST-30 Qichong, 2.5 cun from the anterior midline, within the inguinal groove where the femoral artery's pulse can be felt.
- 022.5 cun lateral to the midline, inferior to the pubic symphysis.
- 03In the groin crease medial to the femoral vein, 1 cun below and 2.5 cun lateral to REN-2 Qugu.
- 04Note: find the femoral artery's pulse in the groin, roughly halfway between the pubic symphysis and the anterior superior iliac spine; the femoral vein lies just medial to it, about one finger-width across, and LIV-12 Jimai sits on the joint crease just medial to that vein.
Puncture
- 01Insert perpendicularly, 1 to 1.5 cun.
- 02Caution: Do not needle into the artery.
- 03Moxibustion may be used.
- 04Insert at a slight oblique angle, 0.5 to 0.8 cun.
- 05Caution: Take care not to puncture the femoral vein.

Older sources recommend treating this point with moxibustion instead of needling; modern texts instead contraindicate moxa here — because of how close the point lies to the femoral vessels and the pubic hair — and favor needling instead.
