Composition

Shu Di HuangRx. Rehmanniae Preparata20–40 g
Nourishes Liver and Kidney *Yin, nourishes Jing and Blood and fills the Marrow*.
He Shou WuRx. Polygoni Multiflori40 g
Tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, nourishes the Blood and nourishes *Jing*.
Gou Qi ZiFr. Lycii20 g
Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and *Yin, benefits Jing and brightens the eyes*.
- Shu Di Huang
for Liver and Kidney Deficiency.
Shan YaoRx. Dioscoreae15 g
Tonifies Kidney Yin and astringes *Jing*.
Yang Qi ShiActinolitum15–30 g
Warms the Kidneys and the Lower Jiao, warms the Ming Men and fortifies the *Yang*.
Yin Yang HuoHb. Epimedii5–10 g
Tonifies the Kidneys, strengthens Yang and increases the libido.

Induces sweating, releases the Exterior and warms and disperses Cold pathogens.

for coughing and wheezing associated with Kidney Yin Deficiency.

Deficiency of Kidney Yin

An inability to achieve erection, or
Early ejaculation
Symptoms intensify with stress or fatigue
There may be a strong desire for intercourse alongside difficulty starting or sustaining an erection
There may be erotic dreaming accompanied by involuntary emission
There may be a higher count of abnormally formed sperm
There may be a reduced sperm count
A diminished volume of ejaculate
Dizziness that intensifies following intercourse
Tinnitus or hearing loss that worsens after intercourse
Aching, soreness or weakness in the lower back and knees, worsened by intercourse
Weakened memory
Dryness of the mouth and throat
Difficulty sleeping
An abundance of dreaming
Agitation
Reddening of the face
Redness over the cheekbones
Sweating during sleep
Heat felt in the five soles
Involuntary seminal emission
A deep aching within the bones
Aching affecting the leg and heel
A propensity toward dry stools or constipation
