Manifestations
- Reddened lesions that are eroded and oozing
- Scales and crusts present with an oily quality
- An unpleasant smell frequently comes from the lesions
- Cracks may appear on and near the lesions, involving the nasolabial folds and the area behind the ears

- Cases of seborrheic dermatitis
- Psoriatic presentations
Précautions
Avoid applying to any lesion that is eroded and oozing.
Notes
Pulverize all the ingredients together into a fine powder, then transfer the powder into a large amber glass jar fitted with an airtight lid. Pour 80ml of alcohol over the powder, seal, and let it steep for 6 hours. Slowly add the remaining 920ml of alcohol, allowing it to settle into the powder without stirring. Add the menthol last. Apply the preparation to the lesion using a cotton swab, 3-5 times per day. Do not use on lesions that are eroded and weeping.
