- 01On the forearm, roughly a finger's width ulnar to SJ-6 Zhigou.
- 023 cun proximal to SJ-4 Yangchi, at the same level as SJ-6 Zhigou but toward the ulna, in the hollow between the ulna and the extensor digitorum communis muscle.
- 03Level with SJ-6 Zhigou, just to its ulnar side, along the radial edge of the ulna.
Punción
- 01Perpendicular insertion, 0.3–0.5 cun.
- 02Alternatively, angle slightly toward the ulna, or obliquely toward the elbow or wrist, 0.5–1.5 cun.
- 03Perpendicular needling, 0.5–1 cun.
- 04Moxa may be used.
