Composición
Stimulates the Yang of the Middle Jiao, attacks and dispels Cold, disperses accumulations, stops pain and kills worms.
- Gan Jian, Ren Shen
- Gan JiangRz. Zingiberis5–12 g
Warms the Middle Jiao, expels Interior Cold, rescues Devastated Yang and transforms Phlegm.
- Ren ShenRx. Ginseng3–9 g
Tonifies Spleen and Stomach Qi.
tonifies and strengthens the middle Qi, ameliorating painful spasms. Tonifies the Spleen and moderates spasmodic abdominal pain and Coldness.

Manifestaciones
- Agonizing pain in the epigastrium and abdomen, so intense that touch cannot be tolerated

- Coldness of the limbs may be present

- Inflammation of the peritoneum
- Cramping of the intestines
- Sluggish movement within the Intestines
- Constipation brought on by morphine in patients with cancer
- Queasiness/Emesis
- Lack of strength
- Yellowing of the skin and eyes
- Poor digestion
- Gallstones
- Bowel obstruction without complications.
- Ascaris worms lodged in the bile duct
- Parasitic infestation (roundworms)
- A herniated protrusion
- Spasms within the bowel
