Tonifies Qi and Blood.
Invigorates the Blood and promotes the movement of *Qi.*
Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat, soothes irritability, cools and nourishes the Blood and calms the Spirit.

- A fluttering or pounding sensation in the heart
- Sharp, stabbing pain over the front of the chest near the Heart
- A smothering tightness in the chest
- Possibly a pulling pain extending down the inner arm, most often the left
- Chest and/or arm pain that is typically intense and comes and goes
- Given to being startled
- Trouble falling or staying asleep
- A lack of energy
- Sweating that occurs without exertion
- Dreaming excessively
- A raised body temperature
- A tendency to sweat

- An inability to settle
- A parched feeling in the mouth
