Symptome
- Obstruction of the Fallopian tubes
- Distention and pain in the lower abdomen, typically on the right side
- Pressing on the area intensifies the pain, with rebound tenderness present
- Involuntary tensing of the abdominal muscles
- Groin pain that mimics a urinary problem though urination itself is unimpaired
- Groin pain that eases when the hip and knee are flexed
- Groin pain that worsens when the hip is extended
- Sweating
- Fever that comes irregularly or on and off, followed by chills and sweating
- A mass may be present in the lower right abdominal quadrant
- Dislike of cold conditions
- Firm palpable masses
