Behandelte Muster

Infection of the biliary tract caused by Toxic Damp-Heat, accompanied by Liver Qi Stagnation.

Symptome

  • A sense of oppression
  • A distended, full abdomen
  • Distention and pain in the hypochondrium
  • Bilateral rib pain accompanied by a sensation of fullness
  • Possibly pain located in the right hypochondrium
  • A bitter flavor perceptible in the mouth
  • Queasiness
  • Emesis of fluids with a sour, bitter taste
  • Loss of appetite
  • Possibly an alternation between chills and fever
  • Urine reduced in volume and dark in color
  • Redness, swelling, and pain localized to the area
  • Possibly fever accompanied by chills
  • A bloated, uncomfortable abdomen
  • Chest oppression with a feeling of suffocation
  • Aversion to greasy foods
  • Listlessness
  • Possibly thirst, or thirst without any wish to drink
  • Foul-smelling diarrhea, or
  • Difficulty passing stool
  • An elevated temperature
  • A sweet, sticky taste in the mouth, or alternatively a bitter one
  • A sensation of dizziness
  • Ringing in the ears or hearing loss
  • In female patients: a foul-smelling, yellow vaginal discharge, and itching of the vulva.
  • In male patients: pain, swelling, and a burning sensation in the testicles, along with spermatorrhea or premature ejaculation.
