Symptome

  • Distention together with pain in the lower abdomen (as a rule on the right)
  • The pain grows worse under pressure, with rebound tenderness
  • Guarding by the muscles of the abdomen
  • Pain in the groin resembling urinary dysfunction, yet without any urinary difficulty
  • Flexing the hip and the knee brings relief of the groin pain
  • Extension of the hip aggravates the groin pain
  • Sweating
  • Fever of an irregular or intermittent kind, followed by chills and sweating
  • There may be a mass in the lower right quadrant of the abdomen
  • Dislike of Cold
