Grind all of the ingredients coarsely, then decoct them in 500ml of water down to 250ml remaining. Stir in 1 tsp of honey and continue boiling for another five minutes. Strain out the dregs and keep the resulting decoction in a glass container. Measure out the amount needed, mix in 1/2 tsp of ginger juice before use, and apply it twice daily.
