Lokalisation
Three cun above the tip of the medial malleolus, on the posterior border of the tibia.
Nadelung
Perpendicular insertion 0.5–1 cun.
Wirkungen
- Strengthens the spleen and resolves dampness
- Harmonizes the liver and tonifies the kidneys
- Regulates menstruation and the lower burner
- Calms the spirit
Indikationen
Menstrual irregularity and period pain, infertility, difficult or frequent urination, abdominal distension, loose stools, insomnia.
Vorsichtshinweise
Contraindicated in pregnancy.
Anmerkungen
The meeting point of the spleen, liver and kidney channels, which is why one needle here reaches all three.
